Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to support business processes.

• Develop and customize ADX Studio / Power Pages portals integrated with Dynamics CRM.

• Implement portal features such as web forms, entity forms, entity lists, and authentication mechanisms.

• Configure CRM modules, workflows, plugins, and integrations with external systems.

• Work closely with business stakeholders, testers, and developers to deliver CRM solutions aligned with project requirements.

• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for CRM and portal applications.

• Support deployment, documentation, and post-implementation enhancements.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.

• Hands-on experience with ADX Studio / Power Pages portal development.

• Experience with CRM customization, plugins, workflows, and integrations.

• Knowledge of JavaScript, Liquid templates, HTML, CSS, and .NET related to portal development.

• Experience integrating CRM with APIs, middleware, or enterprise systems.

• Experience working in banking or financial services projects is preferred.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
