Job Responsibilities

• Design and govern enterprise messaging and collaboration solutions across Microsoft Exchange (On-Premises), Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
• Lead Exchange migration, modernization, and hybrid cloud transformation initiatives.
• Design secure, scalable, and highly available messaging platforms.
• Architect Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive integration.
• Implement messaging security, compliance, and governance solutions.
• Drive automation through PowerShell and modern cloud management practices.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Workplace teams to deliver enterprise solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Messaging and Collaboration technologies.
• Microsoft Exchange Server (2013/2016/2019/SE)
• Exchange Online
• Microsoft 365 Administration
• Hybrid Exchange Deployments
• Microsoft Azure
• Azure AD / Entra ID
• Microsoft Teams Integration
• PowerShell Scripting
• Messaging Migration Projects
• Experience in designing and supporting large-scale enterprise messaging environments.
• Strong knowledge of messaging security, compliance, identity management, and disaster recovery.
• Experience leading cloud migration and messaging modernization initiatives.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
• ITIL Foundation
