• Process buyers’ orders and handle related documentation
• Provide customer service support and follow up closely on enquiries
• Coordinate samples and ensure timely submission
• Work closely with the production team on order lead-times and daily operations
• Liaise with suppliers and clients to ensure accurate and timely communication
• Prepare quotations, tenders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and data entry
• Assist in planning and monitoring delivery schedules

Requirements:

• Experience in the apparel/garment/workwear industry
• Diploma in Fashion Merchandising or related discipline
• Strong communication skills
• A team player who is self-driven, motivated, and willing to learn
• Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
