Looking for a motivated individual, keen to surmount challenges, for a clinical procedure assistant role.

Job scope
- be in patient consult with Doctor
- transcribe the consult as it is happening
- assist in all clinic procedures
- follow through with dispensing medication
- giving care instructions to patients
- finalising the bill, process payment for the patient, making next appt
- go to ward to monitor or process paperwork for the doctor
- prepare financial estimates for surgeries by being clear about the various insurance programs and rates
- prepare documentation to apply for letter of guarantee where required
- email and liaise with insurance company where required
- coordinate appointments with 3rd party vendors/radiology departments etc
- take appointments on phone, WhatsApp
- rotational man the company mobile phone on weekends
- General filing and paperwork in the clinic
