• Working Location: Orchard/ Novena
• Working Hours: 5.5 Working Days, 44 hrs per week, Close on Sunday & PH
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Support the doctor during the medical aesthetic treatments and procedures.
• Assist with handling and preparing medical equipment throughout sessions.
• Get patients ready for their treatments, including necessary documentation.
• Educate patients on expected recovery time and provide guidance for pre- and post-treatment care.
• Conduct follow-ups with patients after procedures and during review appointments.
• Perform administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the workspace.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in the aesthetic, skincare, or beauty industry.
• With basic computer skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Candidates with CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or Nursing qualification is an added advantage.
• Passionate about customer service.
