What You’ll Do:

• Lead a high-performing team from concept to machine.
• Drive product improvements, reliability, and on-site performance.
• Solve complex technical challenges for Sorters, Laser Mark, and Scan products.
• Collaborate with Sales on specs, costing, and product evaluations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5 years in automation or semiconductor equipment design & leading a team of design engineers
• Strong CAD skills (Creo/SolidWorks) and high-precision mechanical expertise.
• Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
