Job Description

  • ·       Candidate must possess atleast Diploma / Degree in M&E.
  • ·       M & E Cert preferred
  • ·       Min 2-4 years of relevantsite experience in Residential and commercial project.
  • Responsibilities:
  • ·       In charge of all M&Ematters e.g. sanitary and plumbing, ACMV, electrical, security and lift
  • ·       Liaise with both nominatedand domestic contractors and consultants on mechanical and electrical work andproduce progress report
  • ·       Site inspections to ensureM&E works are in accordance to requirements
  • ·       Coordinate all M & Eworks, including monitoring of work progress
  • ·       Read and review M&Edrawings
  • •       Good Pay +Good allowance + Good Bonus
