M&E Technical Manager / Tender Manager (2 Openings – 2 Different Companies)

We are currently hiring for two separate M&E roles with different reputable engineering organizations in Singapore. Both positions are suited for experienced professionals in mechanical & electrical building services, tendering, and project coordination.

🔹 Position 1: M&E Technical Manager (Project & Technical Focus)

Industry: M&E / System Integrator for critical power solution

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee M&E technical coordination for building services projects

• Review drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal project teams

• Support site implementation, technical troubleshooting, and engineering solutions

• Ensure project delivery meets quality, cost, and timeline requirements

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• 5–10 years of experience in M&E / building services projects

• Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical systems, and site coordination

• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines

🔹 Position 2: Tender Manager (Electrical) (Tender Focus)

Industry: M&E Contractor / Engineering Services (Facilities Integrator)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full tender preparation process for M&E projects

• Perform cost estimation, quantity take-off, and pricing strategy

• Review tender drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements

• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams

• Provide value engineering and cost optimization proposals

• Support negotiation and post-tender handover to project teams

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

• 5–12 years of experience in M&E tendering or estimation

• Strong knowledge of building services systems and construction contracts

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and commercial sense
