Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend daily subcontractor meetings to discuss M&E progress and issues.
• Monitor site progress and safety compliance, and report to the supervisor and safety officer.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections with RE/RTO and resolve comments for work approval.
• Maintain proper inspection records and documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with workers, subcontractors, and site team.
• Follow BCA best practices to ensure quality site work.
• Support EHS programs to maintain a safe and clean site.
• Continuously upgrade technical knowledge and construction skills.
• Support the project team in cost-saving initiatives and additional tasks when required.
• Guide and support new M&E supervisors joining the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E site supervision.
• Preferably experience in data centre, industrial, or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, construction practices, and site coordination.
