M&E EXECUTIVE

Requirements:-

·                    Diploma or higher Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent

·                    Min 5 years experience in the management of completed operational commercial & residential buildings preferred

·                    Fire Safety Manager certification will be an added advantage

·                    EMA Licensed Electrical worker preferred

Responsibilities

·                    Good knowledge of M&E building services/equipment

·                    Ensure building M&E system is operational

·                    Supervision of M&E maintenance and repair works

·                    Ability to lead a team of building technicians

·                    Able to work independently
