M&E Coordinator/Engineer

• JOB DESCRIPTION
• Ensure smooth progress and timely delivery and completion of projects by the site teams and contractors at all times.
• Identify problems and recommend areas for improvement.
• Assist in tendering for new consultancy projects.
• Coordinate closely with in-house QS team and facilities team.
• Any other related duties as assigned from time to time.

• QUALIFICATION
• Diploma in Engineering
• At least 3 years working experience in M&E and fit-out works.
• Candidate must hardworking and able to work independently and under pressure.
