Our client, a well-established logistics company, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Materials Handler Specialist to join their operations team.

8.30am - 6.15pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Comply with all relevant operational procedures, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and liaise with customers and transporters on day-to-day operational matters.
• Plan and manage orders to meet customer delivery and collection requirements.
• Prepare and compile data, ensuring accurate and timely submission of reports.
• Administer and support cycle count activities.
• Ensure all inbound (including returns and exchanges) and outbound shipments are processed in a timely and organized manner.
• Verify that all shipment documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Participate in and support the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
• Report any receiving discrepancies or non-conformances to the Executive promptly.
• Perform system transactions, including outbound processing in SAP and receiving in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Handle physical tasks, including lifting goods of up to 20 kg when required.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; knowledge of VBA is an added advantage.
• Experience in creating and using operational dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
