What's the role? The Materials Handler will serve as a warehouse associate who executes warehouse tasks and is comfortable in the use of software systems such as Infor M3 and Outlook. Participate in continuous improvement programs to drive productivity. A good team player with good communication skills filled with positivity who takes initiatives within the team is essential.

What does the role involve?

• Perform daily warehouse goods receiving task using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Process, pick orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Pack goods in an exportable manner before delivery
• Transportation arrangements and delivery executions
• Communicating and coordination with internal stakeholder, suppliers and 3PL vendor on warehouse and logistics matters.
• Track and record inventory levels, including performing cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Handling and executing Infor M3 (ERP system) and Microsoft Office
• Always follow safety procedures and compliance

What you need is:

• Ability to handle Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• 1-2 years of operations experience in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.
• Forklift license, and warehouse stacker’s experience
• Openness to learning new skills and developing within an international company.
• An ability to find and execute on areas of improvement that can increase productivity and safety.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Physically fit and a positive mindset
• Experience in ERP system such as SAP, Oracle and Infor M3 will be a bonus
