• Responsible to perform facial and body treatments’ services according to the required standards set by the Company
• Ensure total customers’ satisfaction after each treatment during the treatment therapy
• Explain clearly the steps involved and product used before each treatment commences
• Follow and complete the treatment steps according to the Company Treatment Manual
• Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the shop
