Job Description

• Provide consistent professional spa massage in accordance with spa standards
• Ensure high level of service standards
• Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, Treatment rooms and other parts of the necessary treament products, replenishment of stocks,towels supply ect.
• Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely
• Follow and comply with the instructions given by Manager

Requirements

• Preferably with ITEC/WSQ certificate or massage certification
• Able to commit on weekends/public holidays
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Pleasant personality and hardworking
