Job Description
Marketing & Growth Executive (Digital, SEO & CRM)
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing & Growth Executive to lead digital marketing, performance campaigns, and community engagement for our schools. This role focuses on reaching young parents at HEI SG for easrly childhood education and parents of neurodivergent students at MIS / The Guild for SEN education driving awareness, trust, and enrolment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising
- Plan, design, execute, and optimise Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Develop targeted audience strategies to reach relevant parent segments
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve campaign ROI
- Manage advertising budgets and provide regular performance reports
2. Content & Brand Communication
- Create engaging, parent-focused content (posts, captions, visuals, short videos)
- Design ads
- Ensure messaging is clear, empathetic, and aligned with each school’s identity
- Showcase student experiences, learning approaches, and success stories
3. SEO & Website Optimisation
- Optimise website content (pages, blogs, landing pages) to improve search rankings and organic traffic
- Conduct keyword research based on parent search behaviour
- Improve on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, structure) and user experience
- Develop and optimise landing pages to increase enquiries and conversions
4. CRM & Marketing Automation
- Manage and optimise CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) to track leads and parent journeys
- Set up automated workflows (email, WhatsApp follow-ups, nurturing sequences)
- Segment audiences for targeted communication across HEI and MIS / The Guild
- Support admissions teams in improving lead-to-enrolment conversion
5. Community Engagement & Outreach
- Engage with parent communities, forums, and relevant groups
- Build partnerships with organisations, influencers, and support networks
- Support planning and promotion of events, workshops, and open houses
6. Data, Analytics & Growth
- Track key metrics (cost per lead, conversion rates, enrolments)
- Implement tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.)
- Conduct A/B testing across campaigns and landing pages
- Provide insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google, Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram) with measurable results
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital funnels, and lead generation
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho) and marketing automation
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills
- Proficient in designing ads, using Canva and other tools
- Ability to communicate thoughtfully with parents, including those with neurodivergent children
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and optimise campaigns
- Organised, proactive, and able to work collaboratively
- Experience in education or family-focused marketing is an advantage
- Eloquent with excellent PR skills
