Job Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for both brand management and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring a balanced focus on enhancing the school’s visibility and engagement across multiple channels.

This is a managerial role designed for professionals with strong hands-on expertise in brand marketing, digital execution, HubSpot CRM, analytics, and budget management. The role combines campaign execution with team guidance, making it ideal for professionals looking to strengthen their leadership exposure while staying closely involved in day-to-day marketing delivery.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Brand Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.
  • Manage public relations efforts to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Plan and execute brand events and sponsorships.

2. Digital Marketing & Campaigns

  • Design and oversee digital marketing campaigns across search, display, email, and social.
  • Hands-on execution of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets, track ROI, and optimise CPL.
  • Manage and grow social media platforms.
  • Stay updated with emerging digital trends and apply them to education marketing.

3. Content, SEO/SEM

  • Oversee creation of promotional assets, landing pages, and blogs.
  • Lead SEO and SEM strategies to improve rankings and visibility.
  • Conduct experiments, A/B testing, and funnel optimisation.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Use Google Analytics (GA4) and related tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership and admissions teams.
  • Track end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.

Sales Support

  • Partner with admissions teams to generate qualified leads.
  • Provide marketing support with campaign-driven leads, sales collateral, and presentations.

5. Budget Management

  • Manage and monitor the OWIS marketing budget.
  • Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources to deliver maximum ROI.
  • Report on budget utilisation vs. enrolment outcomes monthly.

6. CRM & CMS

  • Manage and optimise HubSpot CRM workflows, automation, lead nurturing, and reporting dashboards.
  • Oversee CMS platforms (preferably WordPress) to ensure effective web presence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is mandatory.
  • MBA in Marketing is a plus.
  • Minimum requirement: must be a graduate (diploma-only qualifications will not be considered).
  • 8–12 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Education sector experience strongly preferred (international schools, universities, or related institutions).
  • Proven expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot CRM, GA4, and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
  • Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a metrics-driven approach.
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital trends and tools.

Assessment Process:

  • Shortlisted candidates will undergo a screening test (60 minutes) to assess:
  • HubSpot CRM – workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations.
  • Digital Marketing Execution – Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4.
  • Budget Allocation & ROI – scenario-based planning and optimisation.
  • Strategic Thinking – admissions-driven campaign planning.

Requirements:

  • Experience Required: 8–12 years in Marketing, Communications, and Admissions Marketing (Education sector experience preferred)
  • Level: Managerial role – hands-on leadership (not senior management)
  • Reporting to: Associate Director – Marketing, Global Schools Group
  • Location: Singapore
