As the Marketing Director you will be responsible for negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with our business objectives. You will also plan and execute various outreach and marketing events, career engagements, and industry collaborations to drive subscriptions and revenue.

Job Scope:

• Develop and execute multichannel marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track performance against KPIs and targets
• Lead and manage all marketing initiatives across various channels, including content marketing, email marketing, influencer marketing, paid advertising, public relations, search engine optimisation (SEO) and social media.
• In addition to the duties specified above, you are obliged to follow reasonable instructions of the Employer, the management of the Employer, or your designated Supervisor.
• You are required to faithfully, diligently, and competently execute the tasks and duties assigned to the best interests of the Employer.
• You must not engage in any other business or employment outside your employment with the Employer without the prior approval of the Employer.
• Maintain a positive attitude when you are doing your work and duty even after you have tendered your required resignation notice.

Job Requirements:

• Education: University graduate in any discipline, with a strong preference for candidates with a diploma or above
• Experience: 7-8 years of relevant experience in telco, digital, e-commerce, hospitality, or the baby-related industry preferred
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with a goal-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, coupled with exceptional organizational and time management skills
