Position: Marketing Lead

AMILI is Asia’s first and leading precision gut microbiome company, leveraging the region’s largest multi-ethnic microbiome database to advance science-based solutions for health and wellness. We operate two arms – AMILI Health (consumer-facing, via healthcare partners) and AMILI Analytics (scientific and B2B services). We’re now looking for a driven, hands-on Assistant Manager - Marketing to lead and execute our omni-channel marketing strategy.


Role Summary


This is a pivotal role for an experienced marketer who can bridge consumer engagement and B2B demand generation, bringing scientific credibility to life across digital, social, and in-person channels. You’ll be responsible for driving awareness and interest in AMILI’s offerings across both arms, developing content, managing campaigns, and working cross-functionally to position AMILI as a thought leader in gut health.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute an omni-channel marketing strategy (digital + events) across our key revenue centers - AMILI Health and AMILI Analytics.
  • Manage and evolve AMILI’s website and digital presence, ensuring strong user experience, SEO, and lead conversion paths.
  • Develop and distribute engaging content across multiple channels (e.g. blog, Instagram, LinkedIn, email, partnerships), repurposing effectively for different audiences.
  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns, both online and offline (e.g. webinars, influencer campaigns, community events, academic conferences).
  • Track and report on campaign performance and KPIs; optimize content and tactics based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (science, commercial, product) to align messaging and extract stories and insights.
  • Identify and manage marketing partnerships (e.g. wellness influencers, event collaborators, clinical partners).
  • Represent the marketing function in internal planning, agency/vendor interactions, and occasional public events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in consumer and B2B marketing roles, ideally in a startup and/or healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated success in digital marketing and content-led growth, including website UX and customer journey thinking.
  • Experience executing end-to-end marketing campaigns (from planning to reporting), including events and conference presence.
  • Strong understanding of analytics and marketing performance metrics; confident using tools like GA4, Search Console, Meta/LinkedIn insights.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify scientific content for public and professional audiences.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating with lean budgets and fast-moving teams.
  • Bonus: Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, CMS platforms (e.g. Webflow or WordPress), or basic video editing skills.
  • Experience is a healthcare/scientific background is preferred
