Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of both online and offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and market presence
• Manage and update content across the company’s website and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu)
• Support the development and execution of marketing materials, including copywriting, visuals, and campaign assets
• Conduct market and competitor research, and compile insights into structured reports
• Coordinate video and photo shoots, and create engaging digital content
• Publish and promote content on social media platforms, monitor engagement (e.g., likes, shares, comments), and respond to enquiries in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing initiatives
• Provide consultation to prospective students and parents on study options in Singapore, guiding them through the enrolment process
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and support conversion into enrolments
• Contribute to achieving marketing and sales targets/KPIs
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, digital marketing, or a related role
• Exposure to sales, customer engagement, or lead conversion is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management
• Basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools) are a plus
• Good organisational and time management abilities
• A team player who can also work independently when required
• Proactive, responsible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
