Job Description:

Event Conceptualization & Planning:

• Lead the creative development of event themes, formats, and content strategies.
• Prepare detailed event proposals, including budget allocation, staffing needs, and execution timelines to ensure feasibility.

Event Execution & Project Management

• Oversee event setup, logistics, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage all execution phases, from venue setup to staff briefing and on-the-ground troubleshooting.
• Control budgets by optimizing resource allocation, monitoring expenses, and ensuring event objectives align with financial constraints.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams (sales, marketing).

Event Marketing & Promotion

• Develop and implement promotional strategies to maximize event visibility and participation through digital and offline channels.
• Create compelling marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, posters, and video promotions to engage the target audience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Preferably 3 years of event planning and execution experience, with a track record of managing large-scale events successfully.
• Experience in event marketing across diverse industries, with a preference for the defence and security industry will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of B2B marketing.
• Strong copywriting and design skills for creating engaging promotional materials; familiarity with design tools is a plus.
• Highly creative, with a knack for conceptualizing unique and engaging event experiences.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage resources effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for seamless cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to challenges during event planning and execution.
• Able to travel for overseas events.
