Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager in preparing proposals, presentations, and bid documents for tenders and client meetings.
• Maintain and update marketing materials including brochures, project portfolios, and case studies.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to gather photos, progress updates, and technical details for marketing purposes.
• Manage the company’s project system and client database.
• Organize events such as site visits and client networking sessions.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, documentation, and vendor coordination.

General Requirements

• Diploma or O-Level qualification.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Prior experience in marketing or administrative support, preferably in construction or engineering, is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome – training will be provided.
