Our flagship at IMBA Theatre (Gardens by the Bay) sets the foundation for an expanding hospitality concept integrating premium dining with community-driven wellness programming.
We are seeking a driven and organised Marketing & Partnerships Executive to lead on-the-ground brand execution and community activation at venue level.
Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and organised Marketing & Partnerships Executive to lead on-the-ground brand execution and community activation at venue level.
You will manage partnerships, event programming, influencer engagement, and day-to-day marketing coordination to ensure Realm’s brand experience is delivered consistently at a high standard - restaurant venue & remote location work.
You will work closely with the marketing management team and directors, while independently overseeing operational marketing responsibilities on-site.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnerships & Community Programming
- Identify, source, and liaise with wellness practitioners (pilates, yoga, run clubs, meditation facilitators, etc.)
- Develop collaboration proposals aligned with Realm’s positioning
- Coordinate with operations team to manage venue usage and event logistics
- Oversee execution of wellness and lifestyle activations within the venue
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships that strengthen brand presence
2. Influencer & PR Management
- Identify, host, and manage targeted influencer engagements that are aligned with our brand direction.
- Coordinate tasting sessions, media previews, and launch events
- Execute PR activations and post-launch initiatives
- Maintain professional relationships with media and KOLs
3. Social Media & Content Support
- Manage and respond to social media tags, messages, and community interactions
- Support campaign rollouts and content coordination
- Assist with real-time content capture during events and activations
- Ensure brand tone and consistency across communications
4. Administrative & Marketing Support
- Track partnership agreements and deliverables
- Assist with campaign logistics and reporting
- Support venue-level marketing initiatives
- Handle ad hoc marketing and administrative coordination tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle marketing, or public relations
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in hosting external stakeholders
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
- Comfortable being venue-facing and customer-facing
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to operate independently
- Strong understanding of social media etiquette and brand tone
- Weekend and evening flexibility (event-based role)
- Genuine interest in wellness, lifestyle, and hospitality
