JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analyze consumer behavior and competitor activities to drive effective marketing strategies

• Identify emerging market and digital trends to maintain a competitive brand position

• Coordinate the creation of engaging content for social media, newsletters, and marketing kits

• Support the end-to-end execution and monitoring of diverse marketing campaigns

• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and pitch creative improvements

• Collect and interpret marketing data to provide actionable insights for the team

• Prepare concise reports and presentations to communicate key marketing findings

• Collaborate with design and sales departments to develop aligned creative assets

• Track website performance, social engagement, and campaign ROI metrics

• Continuously learn and adopt new marketing tools to enhance overall effectiveness

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above

• Strong creativity with a baseline understanding of digital marketing tools

• Familiarity with social media insights and performance tracking

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; comprehensive training will be provided
