Key Responsibilities

1. Proposal Screening & Initial Evaluation

• Review incoming project, partnership, or business proposals
• Assess alignment with company strategy, brand positioning, and core capabilities
• Identify red flags, gaps, or unclear assumptions in proposals

2. Market & Competitive Research

• Conduct quick but effective market research to evaluate:

• Market size & demand

  Target customer relevance

  Competitive landscape & substitutes

  Pricing benchmarks (where applicable)

• Validate claims made in proposals using public data, desk research, and logical inference

3. Feasibility & Risk Assessment

• Highlight operational, financial, or reputational risks
• Identify resource requirements and potential complexity
• Flag assumptions that require further validation by business units

4. Recommendation & Reporting

• Summarise findings in a clear, structured evaluation memo
• Provide a preliminary recommendation:

• Ensure insights are concise and decision-ready for business teams

5. Process Improvement (Optional but Valued)

• Help refine evaluation templates and scoring frameworks
