A global provider of marine engineering services is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the marine and offshore sectors in the region.

Marine engineers with strong technical experience but no sales background are welcomed to apply!

This role will focus on expanding market presence, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with shipyards, vessel owners, and service partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the marine and offshore sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, shipyards, and industrial clients
• Promote the company’s range of technical equipment and solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions to customers

Requirement

• Experience in business development or technical sales within the marine, offshore, or industrial sectors
• Strong network within shipyards, shipowners, or maritime service providers is advantageous
• Commercially driven with strong relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Willing to travel within the region when required
