Position: Marine Fleet Management Executive / Assistant Marine Fleet Management Executive (ID6092)
Salary: $3000- $4000 (based on experience)
Work Schedule: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities
• Manage fleet requisitions, sourcing, and delivery of supplies to vessels
• Monitor vessel consumables, cargo hoses, lifting gear, PPE, LSA & FFA records
• Coordinate crew medical appointments and maintain medical supplies
• Arrange crew training, maintain medical records, and prepare employment contracts
• Manage crew documentation, personnel files, and monthly incentives
• Handle applications and renewals with authorities including Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, Ministry of Manpower, Jurong Port, and Digiport
• Plan crew deployment, rotations, and leave schedules
• Support recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of ship crews
• Conduct vessel visits and provide operational support to crew
• Participate in safety committee activities and toolbox meetings
