Bacha Coffee specialises in 100% Arabica coffees and provides customers with a unique opportunity to travel the world through their cup by exploring harvests from over 30 of the most well-reputed coffee producing countries. Even our distinctive fine blended, fine-flavoured and naturally decaffeinated coffees are produced using only 100% Arabica beans to give coffee lovers the widest choice, without ever sacrificing quality or flavour.

Internship Period: 6 months - starting February 2025 (must be able to commit from Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm)

Job description

• Provide curated client support by assisting Customer Service queries received on social media platforms and resolving any issues arising in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with other relevant departments (eCommerce, Marketing, PR) for content creation amplification across the relevant social media channels
• Understand marketing directive and transform them into marketing deliverables
• Assist in planning and curating all content for Bacha Coffee social media platforms
• Assist in content creation, including copywriting
• Assist with content shooting and production for selected campaigns
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas
• Support marketing campaign planning and execution
• Assist in tracking and maintaining a comprehensive record of marketing materials
• Track coverage received from influencers and KOLs about Bacha Coffee and update the database accordingly
• Coordinate with third-party vendors on daily sales reporting and monthly performance reviews
• Conduct market research and analyse ongoing and upcoming trends to design and strategize effective campaigns
• Compilation of media clippings and reports
• Be involved in essential PR and marketing communications related tasks
• Perform other ad hoc marketing operation duties as assigned
