We are looking for a candidate to independently administrate the transport operation of our company's various projects in the school transport division.

The role is multi faceted, and has deep involvement in customer service, transport co-ordination, planning and deployment of routes. Having an eye for safety procedures and being careful and meticulous is an important attribute of this position. The ability to communicate and manage bus crew is critical for the success in this role. Initiating change processes and the ability to drive change is a fundamental requirement in this role.

The candidate is required to:

1. Strategise, plan, coordinate, refine and execute processes to ensure the smooth running of operations;

2. Lead a group of co-ordintors, internal and external bus crew;

3. Receive route orders and plan on-boarding procedures for passengers;

4. Co-ordinate with customers and other stakeholders on their queries and process of onboarding;

5. Plan, route and co-ordinate with suitable drivers on their routes;

6. Lead training and ensure that service qualities are upheld;

7. Deal with feedback, queries and complaints proactively and positively;

8. Other duties as required to fullfil the requirement of the position.

4. Able to adopt IT processes, is adept in the use of technology and can train crew in the use of technology to facilitate the workflow;
