Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users and developers within an agile team to lead automation initiatives from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility for RPA implementation
• Design detailed process workflows and develop robotic automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate/Apps, and related platforms to optimize operational efficiency
• Conduct rapid prototyping and experimentation to validate automation concepts and adapt solutions in a dynamic work environment
• Deploy, manage, and optimize RPA bots using UiPath Orchestrator and Power Platform, ensuring reliable and smooth operations in production environments
• Document process workflows and maintain a comprehensive database of all automation projects and their operational statuses
• Continuously monitor automated processes to evaluate performance and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead and participate in innovation sessions to explore emerging technologies and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation advancement

Requirements

You should have the following work experience and knowledge:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in software development, focusing on RPA and VBA automation.

• Knowledge in AI technologies and experience with AI-driven automation solutions/platforms (e.g. AWS Bedrock, Azure AI services) will be advantageous 

You should posses the following skill sets:

• Programming Proficiency: Strong programming skills in VB.NET, C#, Python, and NodeJS, with a solidunderstanding of various database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL, to support RPA deployments.
• Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to navigate complex projects independently and efficiently, especially under tight deadlines.
• Process Optimization: Robust knowledge of process analysis, design, and optimization, with a keeninterest in advancing skills in RPA, AI, and other automation technologies.
• Communication and Collaboration: Good communication skills, capable of delivering clear and effective messages to engage stakeholders, along with strong teamwork abilities.
• Personal Effectiveness: A self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently, and consistently meet deadlines.
