We are currently looking for passionate professional to join our Regional Commercial team. Join us and bring your expertise on board!
As the Manager, Sales Process & Tools, your role purpose is to:
- Support APEC Commercial to drive process efficacies needed to achieve strategic and productivity goals
- Support Commercial Strategy Development
- Support Commercial Compliance responsibilities
Key tasks:
1) Support Asia Pacific excluding China (APEC) Commercial to drive process efficacies needed to achieve strategic and productivity goals
- Subject Matter Expert on DHL's global sales process (GSP): Provide support for the implementation of globally led changes to the GSP. Working closely with countries to ensure processes value add to the business; and where required, to facilitate the management of Change Requests with GHO stakeholders
- Manager of APEC's productivity and customer-relationship management goals: Work closely with Regional and Country stakeholders to achieve desired productivity goals; supplementing process gaps with regional led process improvements
- Manager of tools and technologies for APEC's sales force: Work closely with the region's sales force to acquire, deploy and reap the benefits the sales tools and technologies avail
2) Support Commercial Strategy Development
- Support Sources of Growth: Lead and/or participate in regionally led projects needed to achieve APEC's strategic goals
- Support Digitalization: Lead and/or participate in regionally led projects to enhance APEC's Commercial operational capabilities
3) Support Commercial Compliance responsibilities
- Support APEC's Self-Audit Process: work closely with countries to conduct self-audits to assess for compliance gaps
- Management of Compliance findings: work closely with countries to remedy identified compliance gaps
- Compliance management: serve as regional contact point to manage and secure process waivers where required
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales support
- Excellent understanding Sales GSOP and the capabilities of all Global sales tools
- Experience in dealing with Management at Senior levels and proven track record in successful implementing of change
- Experience in developing and executing strategic and tactical plans in a large and dynamic sales environment
- Experience in leading improvements in the sales processes and tools
- Prior experience in DHL Express would be an advantage
