Job Responsibilities

·       Manage and maintain the properties own by theGroup, ensuring that the properties are kept at its best condition.

·       Responsible for the leasing of properties,ensuring 100% occupancy at all times within reasonable means.

·       Follow all SOPs diligently and recommendimprovements from time to time to achieve operational excellence.

·       Assist to explore opportunities in real estatelocally and overseas.

Job Requirements

·       Minimum 5 years of working experience(non-related experiences also considered)

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·       Able to negotiate well, meticulous on allpaperwork and being responsive to all matters that requires attention.

·       Hard working, committed to work and being ableto work beyond working hours to resolve all matters that arises.

·       Excellent follow up skills to ensure all tasksare completed timely and in accordance to plan.

·       Able to work under fast-pace and stressfulenvironment.

·       Willing to accept additional workresponsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
