Job Summary

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring that construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements. The role includes supervising workers and subcontractors, coordinating site activities, monitoring work progress, and maintaining compliance with company standards and relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily construction site operations.
• Coordinate site activities to ensure works are completed on time and according to project schedule.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and company safety policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify any issues affecting progress, quality, or safety.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties.
• Plan and organize manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site operations.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on work progress, site conditions, and challenges.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, including daily reports, attendance, and work records.
• Resolve site-related problems and take corrective actions where necessary.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is carried out properly.
• Maintain good housekeeping and site organization at all times.
