Job Title: Management Executive (S Pass Eligible)

Salary Range: SGD 3,500 – 4,500

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Management Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily operational management, support strategic planning, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing management strategies and operational processes

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks

• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations for management review

• Support daily administrative functions and project follow-ups

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and contribute to organisational growth

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, or a related field

• Good command of English (written and spoken)

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Prior experience in management or administrative roles is an advantage

• Eligible for S Pass application
