Management Trainee (Operations / Hospitality / Lifestyle Services)

Working hour : 44 Hours (6 Days Off per Month)

Job description:
* Participate in a structured training programme covering daily business operations.

* Support outlet or studio operations including customer service, coordination, and service delivery.

* Assist supervisors in ensuring smooth daily operations and service standards.

* Learn operational processes such as inventory control, scheduling, and operational reporting.

* Work closely with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.

* Support implementation of operational procedures and service improvements.

* Gain exposure to leadership responsibilities including team coordination and training.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, Culinary, or any related discipline.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Positive learning attitude and willingness to take on challenges.

* Customer-oriented mindset with strong service awareness.

* Able to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

* Willing to work flexible hours or shifts when required.
