Bunge Management Trainee Program

Bunge Management Trainee program presents an opportunity to participate firsthand in the world economy through immersion in the rapidly evolving markets for agricultural, energy and other commodities.

The Program is designed to develop promising young graduates to take on future leadership and organizational critical positions in Bunge. In 12 months, the management trainee will be exposed to the fundamental components of the global agribusiness and food industry through a series of on-the-job training.

We are recruiting graduates for the following track:

• FREIGHT

Bunge’s ocean freight team, at the center of our agribusiness value chain, connects products to customers, from origin to destination, by managing dry bulk vessels across our winning footprint and powerful network of assets around the globe.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in English. Ability to speak a foreign language would be an advantage
• Strong interest in the agribusiness and food industry
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess a positive attitude, mature, highly initiative and a keen learning aptitude
