Management Trainee Programme

Job Description:

Build your career with BreadTalk through our Management Trainee Programme that will bring you on the fast route to becoming a Branch Manager at our BreadTalk and Toast Box outlets.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Management Trainee, you will be trained to handle full F&B Operations which includes performing front-of-house and back-of-house duties, customer relations, people management, product quality assurance, cost control, and budget planning.

Our Management Trainee Programme will train you to become a professional in F&B operations and once you mastered the skillset, you will be given management responsibility and further training to prepare you for higher management level.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• Entry level candidates are welcomed to apply
• Demonstrates a good CCA track record with excellent leadership skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday (6 days work week)
