Responsibilities

• Manage procurement by ordering and following up on supplies and inventory to ensure uninterrupted clinic operations
• Organize workflows and standardize processes to support treatment clinic setup and operational efficiency
• Track stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and arrange timely reordering to maintain adequate supplies
• Coordinate daily operations and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service delivery
• Rotate across various functions to gain a holistic understanding of office and clinic operations, preparing for leadership roles

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Business (fresh graduates welcome)
• Positive attitude with strong willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate smoothly within a team
