Responsibilities

• Maintain store presentation standards consistently to create an inviting environment for customers
• Keep the boutique/store clean and orderly throughout operating hours to ensure a safe and pleasant space
• Replenish all stock items promptly to avoid shortages and support smooth store operations
• Prepare beverages and ingredients precisely according to Jian Cha’s company recipes and quality standards
• Ensure safety and cleanliness during drink preparation to prevent contamination or foreign substances
• Operate the cashier station to assist customers who need help beyond self-ordering kiosks and report daily sales accurately to supervisors
• Participate actively in training programs and skill development activities to improve job performance
• Monitor and follow company policies and systems to support organizational expectations and compliance
• Open and close the store effectively as scheduled to ensure readiness for business hours
• Maintain regular attendance and demonstrate full-time commitment as essential job functions
• Minimize store stock losses by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining an organized store environment
• Support and enhance seamless customer service by providing REAL service to customers and collaborating effectively with co-workers
