Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and improve dashboards for program management.
• Collect requirements and create a dashboard for tracking and reporting.
• Maintain and update program masterlists.
• Ensure data accuracy and provide insights and trend analysis to support decision-making and planning.
• Review relevant documents, case files, and reports for data entry and coding.
• Keep databases current by coordinating with relevant teams for data collection.

Key Requirements:

• Possess a Degree qualification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and generating insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Knowledgeable in data management, statistical analysis, and/or data visualization.
• Assist with data management.
