Duties & Responsibilities:

1.Managing staffing plans, organizing project teams and supervising team member performance including employees, contractors, offshore teams and sub-project managers

2.Supporting customers in connecting the dots, understanding/anticipating major healthcare trends, competitive environment growth opportunities in the healthcare market

3.Develop the strategic rationale for the annual and long range Systems Plan

4.Create, and ensure compliance with, the policies, practices and procedures to build the infrastructure landscape, and overall governance of business systems on an Area wide basis

5.Work with the Program Managers of large, Area-wide systems projects to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame, scope, quality of deliverable, and according to funding parameters

6.Establish and maintain policies and procedures to ensure that business systems strategic project information is reported on a timely, consistent, and accurate basis and is "validated" consistent with the needs of the relevant regulatory agencies

7.Act as an escalation point for all Affiliate IT issues/suggestions that cannot be managed by other team members

8.Plans and directs all direct sales activities supporting activities such as account planning, forecasting, executive mapping, and managing accounts receivables.

 Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience, preferably within a restaurant.
• Prior experience using payroll software.
• Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development.
• Excellent conflict resolution abilities.
• Innovative, trustworthy, and impartial.
