While you may be familiar with names such as Leekaja, Walking on Sunshine and Civasan, we are also looking to open more outlets of such fusion concepts in Malaysia.
What is a Fast Track Programme?
During our 2 years Management Trainee Programme, candidates will undergo intensive On-The-Job Training. You will be placed in one of our renowned outlets to interact with existing employees, gain exposure to the F&B and Salon industry, as well as understand your strengths and interests better.
Career plan
Opportunities for career growth and Development Opportunities will be given within these 2 years. Candidates who successfully completed and master this programme will be promoted to Assistant Outlet or placed in other departments upon discussion. Candidates may also look forward to honing their skills further and rapidly grow to be our Manger, Outlet Manager or even Area Manager.

Job Description
Operations
Service Quality Management
Oversee an efficient and effective day to day operations of the branch or outlet
Participate in company's strategic planning
Assist Managers complete daily tasks (implementing new policies)
Assist Manager in evaluating performance (writing reports and data)
Understand each department's daily processes and goals
Provide quality management and administrative support
Attend customer's needs and queries.
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Monitor and manage customer complaints, ensure satisfaction and administer efficient follow up for same to receive feedback
Implement and Improve customers retention and also to bring in more new customers
Ensure to give a wonderful salon experience for each customers
Coach and develop colleagues to ensure standards are being maintained
Monitor in ensuring a clean and safe working environment

Requirements
A degree in Management, Business, Accounting, Hospitality and Hotel management or similar fields.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Well-groomed and professional appearance that best suits the salon image.
Outgoing, customer-oriented and passionate about serving customers.
Knowledge or experience in management or similar fields (Beauty, Salon, F&B) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-Oriented or Passionate about serving customers
Knowledge or experience in management or relevant similar field is a plus
