Your Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and delivery documents

• Coordinate customer orders and deliveries with customers, suppliers and our sales team

• Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service

• Maintain accurate customer and product information

• Follow up on quotations and customer requests

• Ensure documents and records are complete and well organized

• Support daily sales and administrative operations

Beyond Your Daily Work

As you become familiar with the business, you will have the opportunity to participate in projects such as:

• Building and maintaining our Customer Database

• Managing Product Specifications and Technical Information

• Developing Digital Product Catalogues

• Managing Product Photos and Marketing Materials

• Maintaining Product Price Lists

• Supporting WhatsApp Business customer service

• Improving work processes and documentation (SOPs)

• Assisting management with business improvement projects

Experience in Customer Service, Sales Coordination or Administration is an advantage, but we are equally happy to train someone with the right attitude.
