🕒 5.5–6 days work week (~49.5 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen department and tools

• Ensure compliance with 5S and HACCP standards

• Undergo structured training in both operational and supervisory kitchen roles

• Develop capability to manage daily kitchen operations

• Complete training modules within targeted timeline (up to Assistant Chief Chef level)

• Uphold company policies, SOPs, and operational standards

• Assist in the hiring and development of junior kitchen staff

• Perform any other duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Higher Nitec in Culinary Arts, Diploma, Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred

• Positive working attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Able to work weekends and Public Holidays

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
