The Singtel Management Associate Programme (MAP) is an established two-year graduate leadership programme that is designed to build a strong pipeline of future leaders and specialists across the Singtel Group.

In the Singtel Management Associate Programme under the Digital & AI Services Career Track with NCS, you will embark on an accelerated and structured development journey through:

1.  Experiential Opportunities

• Job rotations across different roles and projects within the key service organisation in NCS
• Ownership of meaningful and high-impact projects

2. Relationship-based Learning

• Networking and engagement with senior business leaders
• Cohort-based peer learning

You will be placed in any of the two MAP tracks based on your skills: MAP (Business) and SMAP (Tech) tracks.

As a Management Associate in the Business Track, you would have exposure to rotations in (but not limited to) Corporate Functions (e.g. Finance, HR, Strategy), Marketing & Product, Client Services, Tech Services and Transformation initiatives to build business acumen and management capabilities.

As a Management Associate in the Tech track, you would have exposure to apply your Computing or Engineering technical expertise as you take on rotations in (but not limited to) AI, Data Science & Analytics, Network Engineering, Software Engineering & Development, Cloud, IT and Cyber Security, Client Services and Tech Services.
