• Provide presales technical support by designing and recommending suitable technology solutions that address clients’ business and technical requirements.
• Work closely with the sales team to analyze customer needs and propose effective cybersecurity and networking solutions.
• Deliver product presentations and live demonstrations to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, and compliance matrices for tenders and project bids.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or equivalent
• At least 2 years of presales experience within the IT networking and cybersecurity domain.
• Experience with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept deployments.
