Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of working experience in Civil construction projects with Main Contractor involving M&E works
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for M&E management.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to liaise with statutory authorities
Oversee project execution,all aspects of M&E works.
Work closely with the clients, consultants and sub contractors on technical matters.
Manage M&E subcontractors submission of method of statements,drawings,materials,samples.
Coordinate with BIM team.
Attend MEP meetings.
Review M&E tender documents and contract requirements including proposal for value engineering
