Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Existing LTSA & LTPM Execution (including amend and renewal)

  • Implementation and administration of long-term service agreement contracts with Singapore power plant owners.
  • Create and complete subcontracts with vendors
  • Prepare and submit proposals / invoices to customers and vendors
  • Negotiate commercial terms with customers and vendors and record sales and services
  • Handle documentation, trading, shipments for the transaction with customers and vendors
  • Prepare and give presentation about specification, features and benefits of Extra Work, upgrade, products and/or services to customers
  • Serve as a liaison between the customers, company and Headquarters
  • Monitor, coordinate and report the status of LTSA projects and delivered products / parts
  • Assist customers for any troubleshooting and any failures arise from products, parts or services provided by the Company
  • Report activities and feedback from customers to various stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot and problem solving by involving various departments based on the needs of the Company
  • Support any commercial disputes or tasks required by Headquarters for GTCC existing service business in Asia Pacific region
  • Seek alignment from various stakeholders
  • Responsible for other tasks as may be required from time to time by the Company or Headquarters
  • The key activities and tasks shall not be limited only to Company’s direct LTSA contract with Singapore Customers

Regional Support & Marketing

  • Stays abreast of the latest purchasing needs / after-sales customers’ needs.
  • Study Competitors’ trend of technology in power business.
  • Identification of target market (Customer & products).
  • Good analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
  • Able to propose and tailor solution based on the latest market trends and demands
  • Support all commercial issues or dispute resolutions related to Service Business
  • Responsible for other tasks as may be required from time to time by the Company or Headquarters
  • Identify and work on process improvement for Service Department

Industry & Market Expertise

  • Demonstrated experience in urban development, infrastructure, tourism, and digital economy, with direct relevance to energy infrastructure and sustainable growth.
  • Strong knowledge of APAC/ASEAN markets, with proven ability to navigate diverse regional business environments.

Strategic Consulting & Business Development

  • Track record of providing strategic development advice to governments and private companies.
  • Ability to position long-term service agreements as strategic partnerships, aligning with clients’ operational and investment horizons.

Analytical & Research Skills

  • Skilled in consumer, competitor, and market data analysis, survey design, and consolidating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Capable of analyzing customer plant operations, lifecycle costs, and risk factors to propose tailored LTSA solutions.

Technology & Innovation Exposure

  • Experience in automotive and technology sectors, with knowledge of industry trends, smart city concepts, and digital innovation.
  • Familiarity with digital solutions, predictive maintenance, and advanced monitoring systems relevant to LTSA offerings.

Client Engagement & Communication

  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, negotiate complex agreements, and foster trust.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, effective in engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • More than 7 years of relevant experience in sales, commercial, proposals, contractual agreements and business administration, preferably with engineering background of similar products in Power and Energy industry
  • Strong backgrounds in strategic consulting, infrastructure, energy, or related industries.
  • Excellent understanding of contractual terms, trade administration, general import and export trade and incoterms
  • Excellent skills to convince the others with reasonable background and propose the win-win solution
  • Preferable to have a knowledge of commercial and technical terms in power plant business
  • Strong Knowledge of Gas Turbine Combined Cycle Power Plant Equipment maintenance and Long Term Service Agreement
  • Proven experience in client engagement, relationship management, and negotiation of long-term service agreements.
  • Must have the strongest commitment to comply with the compliance policy of the Company
  • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • Familiarity with ASEAN markets and regional business dynamics, especially in sectors such as power generation, sustainable growth, and digital innovation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong drive to learn and improve
  • Updated on market trends
  • Flexibility and openness to accommodate additional work hours when required
  • A team player with a high level of dedication, demonstrates toughness, proactive, resilient and a strong sense of responsibility, initiative and commitment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment, and willingness to adapt to new work practices
  • Travel to Jurong Island for site inspections when necessary
