Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk‑in cabbies’ enquiries professionally and courteously
• Attend to cabbies regarding lost and found items, including verification and item release
• Conduct follow‑up calls with cabbies on lost and found cases where required
• Make outbound calls to cabbies to provide updates on TDVL renewal status
• Ensure accurate documentation and proper record‑keeping for all enquiries and transactions
• Provide clear and timely information to cabbies in accordance with established procedures
• Coordinate with internal departments when follow‑up action is required
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by supervisors to support operational needs

Key Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, N Level, or equivalent
• Prior customer service or administrative experience is preferred
• Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, email systems)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle enquiries tactfully and professionally
• Meticulous and organized, with strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
