Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Support global and regional account teams in preparing and submitting tenders for key and strategic customers.
• Study tender requirements and coordinate with mainly APAC offices to gather pricing and operational information.
• Work with local teams and central procurement to ensure all submissions meet quality and commercial standards.
• Prepare pricing analysis, internal reviews, and evaluations based on the global tender process.
• Maintain up-to-date tender records and documentation in internal systems.
• Join cross-region discussions to provide analysis and recommendations related to tender management.
• Resolve tender-related issues and implement improvement actions where needed.
• Assist in other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong MS Excel skills are essential.
• Quick learner with strong analytical and numerical ability.
• Good communication skills and cultural awareness.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related disciplines preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
